Our Atlantic Ocean Suites family hopes that you are doing well in these unprecedented times. We sincerely thank you for booking your upcoming vacation at Atlantic Ocean Suites.
The following information was published for the 2020 season. As the COVID restrictions may be updated in the coming season, we will update the information here.
We cannot say enough how important it is to us to provide for you, our guests, as well as our staff a safe and healthy environment in which to enjoy all that Old Orchard Beach has to offer. Below we have outlined how we intend on upholding the guidelines and we ask for your cooperation.
Please do not come to Atlantic Ocean Suites if you are ill. If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or if you have been in contact with someone who was diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days prior to your stay, we ask that you stay home.
During your stay at Atlantic Ocean Suites, maintain 6 feet of physical distancing between yourself and anyone not in your party whenever possible. When social distancing is not possible, it is required that you wear a mask.
New Office and general procedures:
The office will be closed to all guests. This includes the bathroom. We will set up a table at the entrance to the office in the event that we must meet with you in person. This will allow us to maintain the 6-foot social distancing guideline. Please note that our staff will wear masks and gloves whenever interacting with guests.
When you require fresh towels, please call the office at 207-934-0678 to let us know. We will have the towels ready for you to pick up outside the office. There will be a designated space in front of the office for you to deposit soiled towels, beach towels, and other linens. Please be sure to shake out sand from the beach towels.
The washer and dryer in the office will not be available to guests this summer due to restricting of access to the office.
This season we will be unable to loan out our beach amenities such as umbrellas, chairs, and beach toys. As it is not possible for us to ensure their complete sanitation between uses.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Please sign all documents and email them back to our office prior to your arrival. In advance of check-in please call the office to assure payments and documentation have been received and everything is in order.
As much as possible check-in will take place over the phone. As soon as you arrive please call the office at 207-934-0678 and our staff will assist you with completing your check-in.
We strongly encourage you to take advantage of mobile access to your suite. Please install the Assa Abloy mobile access app on your smartphone before checking in. If you need assistance, call the office (207-934-0678) and we will walk you through the process. Mobile access will be issued when your suite is ready. Key cards can be obtained if necessary. Please note that all key cards are washed with soap and water after they are returned.
Due to extra cleaning and sanitizing requirements we cannot accommodate any requests for early check-in or late check-out.
We have removed dishware, flatware, and glassware from all of the suites. You will still have access to pots and pans. For this reason you will need to bring your own dinnerware.
Please bring for your personal use; masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. These items are in short supply and at this time we are unable to provide them to you.
This season we will not be able to offer our guests access to hair dryers or irons.
Our pool and pool bathroom will be closed for the entirety of this summer.
