Our Old Orchard Beach Location And Amenities
Atlantic Ocean Suites™ provides a great alternative to Old Orchard Beach ocean view hotels and motels, either for couples who desire extra privacy or a larger family or group who desires extra space and comfort. They are like beach side apartments, with modern amenities and furnishings. We are located just a few steps from the beach with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The Pier is a very short walk on the sand or street. The photo above is close to the actual distance. We also feature a heated indoor salt pool, lounging deck, grill area and guest laundry. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please note: for the comfort of all guests, the entire property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

ADA Features:
• Atlantic Ocean Suites features 1 ADA compliant suite. Our first floor Sand Castle Suite #1 is ADA compliant. If you need clarification as to the ADA suite, please call the office.
• The Atlantic Ocean Suites seasonal, indoor, heated, salt-water pool has a lift into the pool for those guests who need assistance entering and exiting the pool.
• We do have a beach wheelchair available.
Our Seasonal Pool:
Our season indoor, heated, salt-water pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
The office is located in a separate building on the property, where our helpful staff is available to assist you. A mobile pay laundry with two washers and dryers is available for guest use in a room at the back of the office building.
